Remember seeing coverage of him a few years ago.  I was very impressed with his physique.

I think I agree with you on this one.  I haven't seen the rest of the line up but looking at Ward I'd say he'd be hard to beat.  He looks awesome.

I see him all the time down here in FL (at shows and he also sells those "bodybuilder meals" delivered to your doorstep.....Muscle Meals or sum like that)
