Im watching him train calves right now and its embarrasing, he sits on the seated calves machine and in a very quick motion goes up and down on the machine... then he's in so much pain that he does a little dance afterwards with his feet (still sitting) like he's james brown or something!

How come people dont treat calves like they do bench or squats or other big exercises? you dont see people throw away half-assed reps in those!

You can't expect other men to train as hard as you.

You train so hard that you skipped the Mr. Olympia your entire adult life. Jackson just doesn't have that kind of discipline.

Actually, I've always wondered why guys bounce their calves, instead of getting a full range of motion.

If he has no pain tolerance explain his arms,shoulders, and tights development......
its genetics my friend...when youre on the drug festival that Dex is, pain tolerance is "useless"
