Im watching him train calves right now and its embarrasing, he sits on the seated calves machine and in a very quick motion goes up and down on the machine... then he's in so much pain that he does a little dance afterwards with his feet (still sitting) like he's james brown or something!

How come people dont treat calves like they do bench or squats or other big exercises? you dont see people throw away half-assed reps in those!
