could anyone advise as to whether these oats are "Steel cut" or not?

Is this a joke? Steel cut oats don't look anything like this. These are rolled oats. That's why they're flattened out.
Steel cuts oats taste great but you have to cook them on the stove, boil and simmer for at least half an hour. Most bodybuilders who eat them would cook a week's supply at a time and freeze it, which I tried awhile back. I only tried it once. It was such a pain in the ass and it doesn't taste nearly as good reheated. I switched back to regular rolled oats since they can be microwaved and for only a few minutes, even though they taste like shit.
