i get drunk and eat a large pizza and mojos. i do it every saturday night. my diet is CLEAN all week long, so i SHOCK it by indulging. plus mentally its a breather. but im usually sick all day sunday, but im still making gains and staying lean. i typically add about 7 lbs by sunday afternoon. mostly glycogen. if im feelig real guilty, then ill go do 45 minutes of light cardio on sunday night to deplete. i also try to time my leg workout on saturday, about 2 hours before i get my drink on. i eat the mojos and pizza after i drink my 12 pack of natural ice.
