that's the sense I always got.  and he used to spout all that god stuff and I think having to lie about his drug use was causing a conflict with his conscience.

GetitonNY detailed him being in a very messed up place last year.

Have there been training shots/interviews of him leading up to this show?  or was this just a sponsor talking all year about a guy doing a show, when Lockett had no intention of doing one?

This guy is so full of shit.  He claims in MD that he walks around 24/7 in contest shape at 250 with a 28 inch waist.  Besides being natural.

Michael Lockett looks like shit, I don't see what the hype's all about.  He's got long arms, one small leg, and and ugly ass mug.  His only claim to fame is that he looks like he's on roids but isn't (supposedly).  I don't see this guy ever deserving a win on an IFBB stage.

Much of the intrigue about him is based off his being natural.  Maybe he is...but he's got a lot of problems with his physique that he's gonna have to fix if he wants to turn pro.  He really doesn't have the greatest shape in the world at all.

i agree.  genetically speaking, he's gifted when it comes to size, but the shape of his muscle bellies and his symmetry are terrible.
