ok...perhaps you are more "carb sensitive" than others...?

I just try and keep it under 50g carbs a day. Seems ok for me.

keto is less than 50 carbs a day
there is still some carbs in peanut butter and things
it can't be zero zero lol

True.

Theres a few carbs in your shakes, peanut butter, and from veggies and salad.

But for the most part, it isn't that hard to keep it under 50g a day.

When I do Keto then...zero carb isolate, only meat, fish and eggs...

I don't even have to ask.  I've not been around in awhile, but every so often some dumbass gets talked into it, or thinks he'll impress everybody and the carnage is dreadful.  hahaha
