I don't really talk about bodybuilding with anyone because it's pretty boring. My dad doesn't really care(which is fine), he never asks how the training's been going or anything. My mom thinks it's awesome though. She always asks "what are you training today?" or what I weigh now etc... my grandmother is the same way. It's pretty cool.

my granny likes to say she has a big healthy lump of a grandson lol...everyon but my immediate family only see the good aspects. Prob cos they dont smell my training gear, see me eat, hog the settee, make a mess in kitchem and complain about injuries lol

Why do people block out just the eyes when trying to obscure a face? It doesn't work. I can easily recognise peoples faces when the eyes have been blocked out.

Once you switch back to "mass gaining" you will regain the muscle very quickly.

it hurts me that in a couple of months I made that much progress
but have been going backwards in the past couple of months  :-\
