A few years back (2001) while doing some MWR work in Kosovo. I was proud of my little forearms back then.  :)  Can't see the whole forearm that well but I had descent seperation and size. Wish I had a better pic.  Oh well.

No.  Forearms and calves are shit.  Training stubborn calves (and forearms I guess) takes some balls.  I'll try the MTwain protocol if I grow a pair.
