if you start work in the morning?
i woke at 7:00 am this morning. i did 200 high leg falcon kicks wanted to do more but was tired-was at work at 9:30
i painted 3 rooms off white and trim with semigloss
ive had 64 ounces of grapejuice
13 servings of garbanzo beans =(one package about 70 grams of protien)
1/2 gallon of 2% fat lactose free milk
im home now typing this and finishing the other 1/2 gallon of 2% lactose free milk
i also had 1 large pizza as soon as i got home and it went to my stomach like nothing
1 reeses klondike icecream bar
all before 5:30 pm
i may start on another 64 ounce jug/bottle of grapejuice cause i STILL feel tired from work
the goal tonite is to do 300 pushups on kunckels= more range of motion and 300 cleans with 150 pounds, this is the goal i doubt ill get it but want to set my goal high and see if its possible to consume enough calories to FEEL like doing this much workout.
