on front dumbell squats with 40 pound dumbells?

this workout would be impossible doing 100 reps straight even with rest pause

but feels a ton better by not maxing out your nervous system, yet still getting in the reps needed for caloric movement

this way im never hitting rep failiure and feel "good" after each set of 10 not sick and tired

my one set max without any pause falls around 13-15 depending upon how fatigued i am,/but keeping up a 12-15 rep pace burns me out too early in the workout, thus only totalling about 40 reps and giving up

i suggest everyone try it

hell if i can get 500 reps and never hitting failure i think it may be better and less likely for injury

lets say "Robby Falcon" loves the 20 rep squat workout with 225 so he does 3 sets of 20 and is SPENT/Exhausted and done with his workout

nowwould "robby Falcon" get more benefit out of 30 sets of 10 with 225 feeling fine after each set and mentally and physically ready for anouther? than 3 sets of 20 reps with 225 and feel like puking??

why not 20 X 25

you see doing high reps all at one go can take you out of the workout game physically and mentally too early before youve completed your total workload

its like keeping your heartrate up to 60% capacity in 'waves" over a few hours (and lifting more pounds total) rather then hitting 100% over a few minutes

also the probabilty is higher/more capable of doing 50 sets of 10 than 5 sets of 100 on "X" weight. i think 100 rep on about any weight for squats would kill and you would not fee like doing another set , but 50 sets of 10 would be alot higher percentage of you completing that workout instead

Do 1x100 squats, then 100 situps.

That's enough.  Your joints aren't going to last doing 50 sets of anything.

You're confusing weight training and calisthenics.

Bad idea........

Johnny what's your opinion on 100 reps on a toilet calf raise?

Telling from your pics, it looks as though you've done quite a few reps on the cock, "PJim."
