i took my creatine and glycerine and n.o. product half hour before gym today...when i got in my car my battery was dead...so i had to charge the battery for a bit then i drove to the mechanic and got a new battery...now my question is this: i want to work out tonight after work...is it ok if i take my creatine n.o. product and glycerine again??? or is it overkill??
