What in particular will you be using as your cheat food? The sugarfree jello with the real whipped cream? low sugar cranberry sauce? low-fat pumpkin pie?
I plan on making sure the stuffing is made with whole wheat bread crumbs and that the skin of the turkey be removed PRIOR to baking.
6oz of turkey,3 kernels of corn,1 tablespoon of cranburry sauce,1 potato,broiled no butter or gravy,salad with low fat dressing.
1/4 piece of apple pie with no crust and 1 tablespoon of low fat vanilla ice cream.
followed by 1-1/2 hours of cardio.
