Thanksgiving in Canada was second week of october. Thanksgiving isn't a big deal here and I don't like turkey, so I probably just had chicken or steak with some potatoes.

I wont use tuppaware incase the chemicals in the plastic transfers onto my food throwing my diet way off. Cant take that risk, I promised last year after I tasted the smell of apple pie i wouldnt spill over or do anything to jeopardise my diet ever again.

Sound risky. Im going to "test" your NO explode theory before I drive to church tonight (good lighting there). If I show any signs of losing my thin skin appearance, my guru (who hasnt left my side in days) will let me know. Hopefully I will have time to correct the "situation" before Thursday.

PS- (MY GURU HAS JUST READ MY RESPONSE TO YOUR POST AND HE STORMED OUT OF THE ROOM. HE ISNT SPEAKING)

Ask him if he ever used NO-Explode TOPICALLY....I really hate to give out all of my secrets....but I wouldnt want you to get the wrong idea or mislead you.

Exactly, I can't stand it when Thanksgiving does not coincide with a carb up day, screws everything up. Last year I could not eat any pies....I had to wait till next week to carb up... pop tarts and apple sauce.

I usually just make a giant bukkake omelet and graze on it as the day goes on.

My cortisol levels have been literally and figuratively through the roof ever since my guru threatened to walk. Im adminstering the NO-Explode topically right now.

I could speak at length on this subject. I store food when carrying in it in a biodegradeable cardboard/wood hybrid...the organic nature of this material promtes healthy bacteria and keeps the gut  healthy thus able to absorb and digest more mood but more good food efficiently.

SWEET!!!!  Do you partition the food or do you let the turkey touch the potatoes?  I have heard conflicting stories about this.

Royalty - to counteract cortisol take 40gm of glutamine mix with 1 1/2tbl baking soda and 2.3oz of poweraid.  Set your alarm to wake you up NO MORE THAN 3.2 hours after you go to sleep.  This will insure that you hit enough of REM sleep to enhance glutamine's effect on GH output.

Haha you can buy the biodegradeable disposable containers with a partition. They are a few dollars dearer but its worth it for the looks i get when i whip the container out on the bus or waiting in the bank and people know right then and there I am a bodybuilder

Seriously.....I am going to be throwing mine away as soon as I get home.  How long after switching will I notice the effects?  Did I screw myself for Thanksgiving dinner or what?

I'm replacing my turkey dinner with 2 scoops of Optimum Whey. Gold standard of course. That's the price one has to pay for that plastic trophy.

Wow, that is a serious feat....will Guinness be present?

I was thinking of taking the tires off of my neighbor 82 Nissan pick-up and flipping them around the living room.

If ya want, I'll send Bluto's mom over when I'm finished and you can flip her.

I'm going to eat a lot and have many glasses of red wine.

May even have desert.

Only thing I'm annoyed about is the gym being closed. They should at least be open half a day.
