Didnt survive I would have been alive 100% just would have possibly cracked my ribs or possibly broken them but the Cop lady said that my extra weight around the chest area could have acted as a bit of cushioning and possibly saved rib damage...but here I go again defending myself over a truth you all think is a lie.....wish you could just believe TBUNZEE tells the truth case closed.....would be a lot easier and I would actually stay around but this is whats gay, everyone always thinking everything must be lie cause ppl. on here cant tell the truth can they

I have now realized this....no room for a good hearted guy who actually tells the truth.....More a place for geeks, freaks, fatsos, skinnies, homos, wannabees, asses, dicks, bitches, liars and generally losers with nothing better to do then talk shit all day about random shit and getting big instead of actually doing it..... go get some real true friends and talk to them in person, get a hot girl and go bang the shit out of her and pick up some damn iron and lift it....you will feel better in then end....

4 shakes on training days 2 on off days and 5-6 whole meals about every 3 hours or so but Im not always 100% commited just try to stay on it more days then not....I do eat a lot but I have a fats metabolism that burns it off quickly and at 6'3 225 I need lots of fuel .....

fast metabloism not fats ooops.....I try to eat clean like chicken, beef, basa fillets, salmon ,tuna, eggs, cottage cheese, yogourt, nuts, yams, etc etc.....but always have "cheat sundays" where I eat the shit I have been craving all week....I actually dont really like fast food that much since I eat clean most of the time it usually passes right through me and causes a stomach ache.....
