Never tried the J and never will....no disrespect to anyone who does its just a personal choice I have made....I also learnt in school some scary side effects mentally that can change the cognitive build up of your brain and we always talk physical effetcs and never think of what it does to our most important muscle we own....OUR BRAIN...kinda freaked me out when I was younger.....

I gaurantee that the car was using big bunzee as protection. He was probably speeding to get home for his 4 o'clock meal of exactly 56.9982837 grams of hydro super-imposed whey casein shake and brown rice.

I drink dextrose and gatorade powder during workouts...the blue stuff I love it and seems to give me some energy and hydrate during workouts.....cheap as shit too....

FUCK Im always backing my shit up with pics cause Im always telling the truth with nothing to hide....got the day off and im off to the gym....I meet with Autopac (Manitoba, Insurance Comp.Adjusters) next week and Ill snap some pics of my truck when I go by to fill statement on my claim and injuires....sore neck needs some free massages.....That way you can all sleep good at night knowing once again I am not a liar and never will be....and everyone who doubted me will look like in idiot AGAIN....maybe once ive been called a liar about something for the 10th time and disproved  it with pics I will finally get respect as a no bullshit straight up truth kinda guy.....would make it a lot better around here.....AND PICS OF MY BASEMENT ?   What the hell for.....Its an unfinished dump with pics for inspiration and a bench with dumbells, plates and various bars, nothing more....just a second home away from my gym.....peace yall
