Glutamine Hype ?
« on: November 25, 2008, 08:30:39 PM »
Ive been using L-Glutamine for years and it seems to keep me healthy and strong but have read recent news that makes me think its a waste of money.  They give it to burn victims for regeneration of cells and re-growth but recently I read like only 2% actually makes it through your blood stream.  Is this true?  What are your opinions? What have you heard and do you use it ?

L-Glutamine helps me recover faster. If it just a placebo effect, i dont know. but it works for me.
