I think I look pretty "fit" and healthy for a female bodybuilder in contest shape. How much healthier could I look at that level of body fat? Do I look less healthy than Cory Everson did?

Your conditioning looks great in those contest photos but to be honest you could have done with a lot more fat to fatten up those cheeks. Nothing fills out a pair of jeans like meaty, full, round buttocks.
Best advice ever: Quit bodybuilding, focus on figure, retire early, fatten up those glutes.
