He has said - via his DVD - he uses plastic silverware because he doesn't like hot utensils touching his mouth when eating hot food.

As for brushing his teeth a lot, nothing wrong with that. But the shower thing is a bit much.

You must procede the butt wiping as follow:

step 1 always look at your poo before you flush it, you want to detect your digestion process, analize it, what color is it, did you eat too much mayonaise?

step 2 use 4 strips of toiletpaper, wipe yourself, Do 3 sets of these

Then 3d wet the paper with water, repeat 3 times, wipe it, squeezeeeeee.

after that with dry paper 5 reps.
