You were never much of a bulker, Arnold.

You need to condition your stomach to take in heavy poundage.

You need to plan ahead next year...you know overeat for a week before Thanksgiving. Just like training your muscles you gotta train your stomach.  ;D

I hope the wrist is getting healthier.......

Flexibility should be your main concern.

DIV, right now I feel like a million bucks. I've been training fairly hard...I say fairly because I've been working quite a bit of overtime & it's kicked my ass so I've only been hitting the gym twice a week for the past couple weeks.

Unless you have a physical job you shouldn't let work detract from your workouts.

Mental exhaustion can be overcome with some fresh Test and possibly Winstrol.....

That last thing you want to do is reinjure the wrist, though.

Well DIV I got both a mental & physically demanding job. The main reason it's detracting from training is I've been splitting a lot of midnights lately so trying to train, cook dinner, sleep, & get up at 1:45AM is hard.

I think you'd be very surprised as to how much food I can eat at one sitting.

I don't know how we could set it up but if we could I'd make a money wager on it against you and probably anyone here.

I'm not much of a bulker these days at all...so on that I'm guilty as charged.

Even when I was trying to pack in tons of calories I never ate what I would call large meals...just a whole lot of meals. In my bulking prime, I was eating 8 meals every day and having a shake in the middle of the night around 3a.m.

you can just rent one for the day, very hot ones will stay around with you for whole day and pretend to be your gf and you even get to fuck them at the end of the day, just tell your family it didn't work out and you went your seperate ways.

Some what, but not as much as you might think.

I was eating a lot but eating very clean, about 600 calories per meal, with the exception of breakfast which was around 700 calories. So I was eating a little over 5k calories per day.

I managed to stay relatively lean for a bulk, kept my cardio up the whole time.

The fattest I ever got was eating 5-6 meals per day, roughly the same amount of calories as when I was eating 8 and a late night shake.

All that said, I would never eat the 8 meal plus the late night shake schedule again...there is just no need.

These days since I'm not bulking at all but not really trying to diet down...more just trying to get into better and better shape, I take in 5-6 meals per day, somewhere in the 2500-3000 calorie per day range, and am keeping my cardio consistent. I eat two cheat meals each week end.

Goal is ton continue to get into better shape, body fat should continue to drop slowly with my calories in that range. After that, then I'll think about really bulking again...by "Really Bulking" I'm talking about within reason.

Don't you ever get tired of sticking your diet?

If I ever decided to compete and had to diet like a bodybuilder it would be a real shame to go through all of that and only receive a trophy or something of that nature.

Money or Whey Isolate are nice, but I'd prefer a sponsorship and some Pro-Lab t-shirts.

Tired of it? Honestly, no...I really don't even think about it that much.

I'm not near as nuts about it all as I used to be...nuts as in compulsive to where other areas of my life suffer.

As for a trophy...I could care less right now. I don't know what I'll do in the future, I have no plans right now. If I decide to really diet down again for something it will be more about personal satisfaction then anything else.

Think about it this way. You enjoy moving the largest amounts of weights possible. Do you actually get anything out of that, i.e. money, fame, power, etc? Obviously no, you do it for your own personal satisfaction.

I know you might say that you get actual functional strength and that's great. I get the same thing, it's just a different approach and different goals. In the end it boils down to the same kind of thing.
