Yes, that is the great Maynard Ferguson....the boss, the admiral, the one and only! Do I play trumpet? No, but I love his music and own dozens and dozens of his albums....lost count of the exact total over the years. Saw him in concert many, many times and had the chance to meet him and take pics on a few occassions. He was truly a sweet man and an amazing talent. When he died in August 2006 I cried like a baby.....couldn't listen to his music for months after his passing.
