I'm not much of a ramper because I like to get things underway....
Sometimes I get the shakes, other times I don't.
Cramping is also an issue but can be alleviated somewhat with potassium.

Well, that's part of my point.
If you ramped up then you would help eliminate the shakes. More importantly you would be able to stay on for longer stints without having to do the yo-yo thing with the 2wk on 2wk off method.
I've posted how I do it several times, here it is again.
Start at 40mcg/ed and ramp up 20mcg every 2-3wks (as needed.) Once I get up to around 140mcg, by then I have obviously been using clen for awhile, I will typically at that point be on it for appx 4-5wks, I will bump it up after that if needed, at this stage more like 40mcg at once...but have only done that a couple of times. Typically once i reach 140mcg the diet is winding down and it will end there.
As I begin to come off, I immediately drop the dose down to 40mcg/ed and will run this for appx 1-2wks.
I've found this the best way to run clen.
If it's going to be a relatively short period where you run it, say 6 wks, I'd still start at 40mcg but bump it 40mcg every wk by wk 4-6 you can just cruise at 120mcg, or even bump it up a little more towards the end.
