Taking photos is even more effective than the mirror.  Fat can gradually creep up on you, and sometimes you get a shock when you compare a recent photo to an old one.

True. Don't you guys think these tests are accurate, or what's your problem with them?

The tests are useful for comparison of bf over time, but I just find it easier to take photos since I'm not interested in my exact bf %.
