Chaos be thankful that Universal and some of the remaining bodybuilding gyms are supporting the sport. How about Ron A giving us all this site for free just for his love of BB Yeah Ron!!

it is bodybuilding related... I guess if anyone posts info about contests or other bodybuilding related events that would also be considered spam, according to you? I doubt Ron will get too uptight about it...but just in case, you should probably tell him about this immediatly
