haha
You must be a beast with these "squats" you're talking about, post up a pic and show us how big you are.
I'm 6'0", at my last body composition analysis around a week ago I weighed in at 203 lbs. and had 12.9% bodyfat. I'm 26 years old. I'm not huge but I look good. That's what I want because I want to look attractive.
I'm proud of what I've accomplished, because I started at 6'0", 135 lbs at 18 years old, began training, got up to 170 by 22 and was stuck there. The only way I broke that struggle was by finally working my legs hard to failure. I was only working my legs in deadlifts before that, nothing else. Squats did it, and got me up to where I am now (over 200) and I feel I'm still growing. I'm proud of this journey. It's been tough and I stuck through it and certainly have come far from where I started, without the use of drugs or supplements. Whey for about 2 years.
I now think squats are king because of what they did for me.
Hell, yes, but king. I think that your progress in bodybuilding is largely due to your success in making your legs grow, and I suspect maybe a key reason I even grew before the squats was due to the stress on legs caused by deadlifts.
I happen to have seen what you guys do to pictures. I wouldn't want shit like that floating around of me. It's fair to say someone who does those types of things didn't deserve to get the pictures in the first place--if they'll just use them to ruin the very person that showed them. You made people look ridiculous. Who knows where that will end up.
