BODYBUILING-FOREVER FOR THE FUTURE AND CREATED BY THE PAST DREAMS OF GLORY

The number does not matter in the end
On paper...in a magazine...in a book...the number matters
In real life, it is merely an object
An object of scrutiny
An object of obsession
Break away from routines and training splits
Forget the ratio of protein and carbs
Sit back and enjoy what bodybuilding has given you
Savor the appeal of being big
Savor the feeling of being the best in the gym
Give back to what you have taken
Never stop for one minute
Never stop until your heart stops beating
Never stop until you cant lift your arms to do another rep
Beyond failure training just doesnt dwell in a gym
Bring your absolute best to anything you may try in life
Never forget those who came before you
Never forget those who made things easier
But never become too relaxed and reliant on the easy way out
Blood, sweat, grit and hard work is what will work...what will always work...what will never stop working
Give your all to every part of your life...whether you may live a meanigful life or an existence surrounded in darkeness and depression
Look at the future as a reward for continuing in the present
Never give in to the end all beat all mentaility
Brothers in iron...always and forever
Forge, execute, and inspire
All day brothers all day
