Ha! Thanks Everyone. It was a good day... Itrained at Venice Gold's with Bob Chick. Lunch at the firehouse with Bob, Shawn Perine, Jerome Fergeson and Greg Merrit and dinner with my girlfriend. Sorry I missed this thread before now.

Thanks Tim... no 54 and still training although not like the old days. Some of my best times are in the gym. I don't know if that a good thing but I like to think it is.

Can't swing a dead cat without hitting a teen or 20 something lifter, but you'd have to duct tape several dead cats together nose to tail and walk around town for quite a few hours, swinging them around the whole time hitting people left and right, BAM dead cat BIFF SLAM, hoping the duct tape doesn't break loose and send one sailing through the air, and after several hours you might hit a 54 year old serious lifter.
