The whole family died at the end right?  That's why nothing happened until "Meadow" entered the restaurant.  It was the guy in the Members Only jacket ya?  Because he went to the bathroom.  Very Godfather 1.

And it was Paulie that set you up with New York, T.  You shouldn't have spooked him like that out on the boat, ignored his superstition about the cat, and pushed him to take that job that he figured he'd die doing.  Laughing about his vision of the Virgin Mary in the Bing was the last straw.  He flipped after Florida, but all that shit made him not change his mind.  Can't believe you didn't see it T.
