Ive always been a fan of supps...i love them all...i want to stay natural so ill never use those kinds of supps if u know what i mean...but i try to look for the highest quality products out there...me being a natural athelete i cant risk using a cheap inferior product...so a while back i decided to try one of atlarge nutritions products called opticen...i used it as a mrp...the taste was decent...the chocolate was okay in ice coldd water...everything was ok for 2 days but on the 3rd day i woke up w/ the left side of my face broken out in these nasty red welt pimples...on my forehead i had a 2 or 3 smaller redder pimples...and on the right side of my face down by the corner of my lips i had a big nasty red pimple...this was very iriitating for me...when iw as younger i struggled w/ bad skins and w/in the past few years my face has been good...with my other protein powder i used all the time i never broke out
well sadly i had to go to work with my broken out face and the day was very awkward...the looks i got from people were horendous...people were asking me what the hell happened to my face...out at stores people gave me weird looks...even my fiancee was a bit disgusted...that night i applied as much pimple creme to my face as humanely possibler but it did no good...the next day my face had a few more big red pimples on it...finally i just couldnt take it anymore and wondered if it was the atlarge powder doing this to me???
i had spent good money on this stuff so i just didnt want to throw it away...i continued using it for a week...and day by day by pimples got worse...fianlly after a week of mental anguish i called it quits on this stuff
it took about a week for my face to clear up...but i swear once i stopped using the powder its like i saw a diff right away

So to sum it up
it tasted ok, i couldnt tell if i got results, but what i did notice was the worst acne of my life using it...i might as well rubbed french fries all over my face

i will not be recommending this powder from atlarge to anyone i know...OPTICEN is a dud imo..pretty sure ATLARGE NUTRTION is a dud

natural wonder,
sounds like the product may be spike with somekind of testosterone pro hormone. the reason why i think this is you stated you had acne earlier in your life and this brought it out. steroids and pro hormones could do this. there was a well known pro powder that had pro hormones in it and a football player tested poistive while using it. and they tested a can off the shelves to make sure the guy didnt put it in ther himself and sure enough.....there was stuff in it that wasnt on the label. sometimes they add it to make the product work better and then remove it when the product gets a good rep, and hope sales continue before people figure out its not working.

No way it has PHs in it. Then it would work in one form or another. These products are useless or as Chris calls them "effective placebos"
