I love ALN products. Everyone reacts differently. I've been using EAS protein from Sams, normally vanilla. I had no GI problems with it. However, I switched to the Chocolate and holy crap, massive GI distress. I am lactose intolerant, and I believe the chocolate flavor had more milk products in it. I tried taking lactase enzyme supplement with the protein and it didn't help. So I stopped using the protein. I am looking to start back using ALN products. Maximus is an outstanding supplement and tastes awesome.
