Foot long, chicken breast, double meat... $7. That's an easy 55 -60 grams of protein and it taste OK. In a rush it will work.

On Vet's Day (Florida), it was just show your i.d. card & you get a free six inch sub. I picked up 4 on the way home from the gym from 4 different Subways. It was great, I gave 2 to my neighbors & kept 2 for me.

is it in style to hate subway now?, seems like everyone does. Anyway you get what you pay for...5 bucks for a footlong sub with every single topping if you like. keeps you full.

Subway kinda sucks but you do get what you pay for. I live in Canada and whenever I head to the States I toss up a couple Jimmy John's subs. Dont know why but I freaking love those subs, so envious you have them and we dont.

If I eat at subway(which is often) I first take a look at the veggies and see how long they have been sitting there...I would say 2 times out of 10, I walk out with no sandwich...
