everyones diffrent when it comes to burning fat and getting lean .i hate cardio and never do it , i just adjust my carb intake,and eat very strict .. it took me about 9 months to go from 193 15 -17% bf to 177 @ 9 or 10 % bf,with no cardio at all.. but i at very clean ..i also put on muscle while eating around 150 carbs a day .. at most ..it all depends on the person , but i would say around 6 months or so ..when the fat starts coming off you will be surprised how small you really are .
