so for a cycle. my first cycle i want to do some test. what the hell is 1x10 ml (250 mg/ml)? how  long of a cycle should i do and how much should i get. this shit is confusing to me. feel free to call me retarded if you want.

1x10 ml (250 mg/ml)? = One 10ml vial of test at 250mg per ml.  So a total of 2500mg (or 2.5g) of test per vial.  If you were running 500mg of test a week that would only net you about 5 weeks worth of test.  You'll need 3 bottles at that dose to run a good cycle (that would put you at 15 weeks which is fine, most cycles are 12-16 weeks).

This is kinda related to the topic but, if i were to run a 2 month cycle, doing 2ccs twice a week of test, and if they were 250mg/ml bottles how many bottles would i need for the cycle? Also, 2ccs twice a week is 750mg, correct??

2cc's twice a week would be 1000mg or 1g.  That comes out to 2cc's = 2x250mg = 500mg twice a week = 1000mg a week.
