Phil shows Jay way too much respect.  I understand they are good friends, but Jay's physique was only as good as Phil's is now back in 2001.  It's amazing that we still talk about Jay considering the fact he's been regressing for the past 5 years.

Ronnie was not great because of Jay, period.  Jay was nowhere near a genetic equal to Ronnie.  There was no rivalry here until Ronnie's body fell apart in 2006.  The 2001 Olympia was mostly an aberration....as we all see now 7 yrs later.

Honestly I was at starbucks today and noticed the tic tac toe pattern that was in the sky many many miles above me...I took a good look around and seen people just enjoying themselves like nothing was going on...

I asked myself Why did I have to goggle chemtrails some 4 years ago...My life was never the same...Today really pissed me off listening to my girlfriend bitch about the kind of purse she wants for Xmas when all I was seeing was these chemicals being dumped in the sky...

So I guess the Egotistic mind of not only myself but that of one Phil Heath made me write such negative things about the man...
