feet lower on the hack puts too much pressure on the knee, my hands were on the bar cause its the first time I trained him and I was unsure how stable he was

LOL 30 seconds to one minute max you beginners

??? After a heavy set it takes about 2 minutes to come back to a normal ATP level.

Why would you want to do a set with not enough ATP in your cells?

I've never rested 30 seconds or less on anything(by anything i'm referring to squats, deads, presses) unless if i'm doing a superset. No need to call us "beginners" for that, i've made a shit ton of progress in a couple years training my way.

So that's how you build those tree trunks, eh Arvilla.

No......I'm using the "Butt-Blaster" and jumping jacks exclusively!

Bullshit.  It's closer to 50% after 30 seconds and takes minutes to fully recover, which is the whole idea.

"Almost all of the ATP that the body can replenish (just over 95%) is restored after about three minutes of rest."

http://www.ameinfo.com/126044.html

About 50% or half of the depleted ATP is replaced after one minute of total rest.

You were saying?
