at my age(43)my ritual is just get through my workout without pullin or tearin a muscle,since i work at a gym and get here at 330am or 4 i like to leave most of the lights off and train,its just enough light,also the dim lighting makes you appear better in the mirrors.ive been doing that as long as i can remember,i like to train early am.i also like using the same bars everday,olympic,curl bars ect.i also listen to certain cd,s on certain days,leg days i listen to acdc,and backday its van halen,delt day its scorpians,chest day its metallica and arms it usually some older boston.
