BIG Alvin Small

I've been working with Alvin Small, winner of the british heavies this year(they don't have a superheavy class).

He's only been competing since 2006 and this is the first year he hasn't taken an extended break from training. He'll be competing at the Arnold this year in the amateur class. Here are his stats

Height: 5'11''
Off-season weight 23 Stone (308)
Next Contest weight 20 stone (280lbs)
Measurements:
arms: 22"
chest: 56"
waist: 34"
legs: 32"
calves: 20"
neck: 21"

I attached a photo from a guest spot he just did in sweden along with an animation from 2007 to now.

How do you think he stacks up to the talent stateside?

dude looks WAY better in the before. Looks like his waist is 10 inches bigger in the morph gif.

Alvins huge,,, he totaly destroyed me a few yra ago in leiscter,,, realy nice bloke too, i was confident before i saw that big fucker strip off...

What year was that LH? I was at Leicester in 05 watching my mate Steve Cart in the heavies - he came fourth. Good show but the venue is small.
