No, no! Not advice on the treatment itself, but just the contact details of the guy. I don't have access to the info, but it was published in FLEX mag back then. Shouldn't take him more than a couple of minutes to give you the name and contact details - his shoulders were fully incapacitated back then and the guy made him recover 100% without resorting to just administering drugs. I know he'll give them to you if you ask nicely and it will be worth it.

From all the heavy lifting?


I have a pinched nerve and it has had a big impact on training and pretty much everyday shit.

Sorry to hear about the breakup dude.  That shit can be hard.  Bad relationships end for good reasons tho.  It would be far worse if you wasted decades being unhappy.  As it is, you're still young and probably not completely disgusting as long as the lights are low so you'll be fine.  If you're crying in the supermarket, I'm going to Rx .5mg/day of Adex.
