I was looking for so long for a valid reason to not skip cardio, but didnt find it till today.
After workout, i did 1 hour 20 mins of cardio using the static bicycle..and im dead honest about this: I didnt even notice it was 1 hour 20 mins...and here's the reason





I love it, seriously, i started playing shaun white's snowboarding and when i was kinda bored, turned the wifi on, loaded medal of honor and using my gym's internet, started to play online.

This is no doubt the best solution to make cardio session, a nice one.
