I have noticed PLUSA getting better over the last few months. Dont know if its just a fluke but some very useful info for sure.

Yeah, there are times where PLUSA doesn'thave much but meet reports in it.  Others its got good readable and useable articles.  It seems to wax and wane with no rhym or reason though.
