it's pretty short, about 2 hours, 15 mins, i cant remember him going particulary heavy... i think he's pretty close to a contest so he's working on the details.
lemme know if theres something in particular you want me to check

It's a great DVD! Disk one contains his training. No crazy lifting - he seems more into intensity than weight. And disk two contains the Colorado Pro show.

I have the DVD...Heath does NOT lift heavy...he even say he doesn't at one point in the video, but he does acknowledge Ronnie or Johnny Jackson by saying that there are some BB who can lift all kinds of crazy weight even though they have small joints. His experience with heavy weights is he injures easily. If you just want videos of your favorite BB then get it, but if you are looking for BB who inspire you to workout you would do better getting the videos of people like Ronnie Coleman,JJ, Branch etc

It's one of the least inspiring, boring BBing DVDs ever made.  Phil was bland as could possibly be.  I think Phil has an amazing physique...but this DVD was not worth seeing.

It's incredibly boring, Phil's incredibly boring.   It's not worth buying, download the torrent if you're dead set on seeing it.  If you thought Jay could put you to sleep, well let's just say Jay seems quite charismatic compared to Heath.  I shit you not.   Ronnie's much more fun to watch, Dennis James, Lee Priest, Branch Warren and possibly the Battle for the Olympia series to catch a mercifully small glimpse at each.

here's what i have:

from jay to z - nice video. excellent with this one.  about 6 hrs of good stuff.  jay is a bit of a bore but the wife is ok, guests, home and dogs make up the difference.

shawn ray inside out - alot of travel to different shows and sponsors

big ron the cost of redemp - game over

got them for about $10 each used.  i've been lifting since 9th grade for ftball, dont need to see some guy...just lifting weights.  cant watch a contest on video expect the female O stuff back in the 80s.  worthless when the guys are involved.

no interest in a phil video at the moment.  let him be around for a couple of yrs and put together something interesting.
