what the hell is r "esistance training"? i tried that in google and they kept telling me to try resistance training -is that what u meant? resistance instead of r"esistance"?

heard them jamming through there garage i was younger ,they would walk around high school purple and green hair,there manager or hanger on type he was older probably late 30's then or so seem older but he a punk wannabe,he raved about them and promoted them,i don't know if he was related.my cousin knew glen anzalone danzig a bit then too.u see them walk around the street then,it was a bit crazy to see cause i grew up in a very italian neighborhood and there italian the original guys caifia is there name and they were not typical ginzos.

Allow the weights(very heavy) to come down nice and slow(when benching).. Rest on your neck..Resist the tempation of lifting them off of your neck... There you go buddy...Hope this is what you were looking for ..?.Much success Jean.

njflex is the guy on the right one of the ORIGINAL guitarists seen here in this video? i remember danzig always being pretty riipped but had guys come and go with the bang always seemed to be suepriorly ripped guitarists

but metallica isnt built like tht even though hetfield is bigger now when he was a skinny kid in metallica in the beginning !
