I do. Funny thing is, my elbow didn't hurt doing pressing movements and barely doing pulling movements, but if I tried to curl anything, fuck that was rough. :(

Actually that helped me a lot. Liquid Glucosamine from Costco; twice the dosage, twice a day..

You should do hammer curls if youre not already. They will help with tendonitis issues.

I've stopped measuring my arms.  I did the Battle of the Biceps at the 2007 Mr. O expo and they measured my arms at 20" cold, but I have leaned down a bit since then so no clue.
