haven't mesured them since then !

last time I had them mesured was in september 2008 and they were around 18-18.5 if I remember well at that time.

I would say they are around the same size not but less puffy

20 cold but its offseason so that really doesn't count honestly especially when youre 265.

19 cold precontest when in condition at 220.

Truth is its not like it matters when judges tell you oh you need bigger arms honestly. :(
