They were 19.5" of watery shit just a few months back but dropping 35lbs has whittled down my Fatceps to a mere 18.75"

by the time I'm done cutting they'll probably barely be 18's

I wish I had genetics like some of our Naturals with their 19+'s   ::)

Anyway this is a valid point a measurement on arms is very poor indication of anything really, I mean Namet is a pro and look at some of the people with bigger arms, lol, I know some fat guys that have never touched a weight in their entire life and sitting on 22 inch arms, go figure
