mine were over twenty . but the shape sux. bicep is too long, so no peak.   my reach finger tip to finger tip is 6' 4'' even though i am under 5'10''

I've never seen so many guys here over 20 though(I think you are legit, so ignore my next comments ). Some of these guys have to be at least 20% bf to get these arms or very tall.

I suck anyways, I am a manlet(5' , and have poor shape but even my arms are bigger than most peoples I come in contact with in the fitness world.


On a side note...

some bad ass physiques here though, lots of guys surprised me.

nah that looks 7-8%.

the more brutal hard look comes at lower fatlevels.

he has slight bit fat, but thats the level youll have to have to train effectively year round.

any lower than 6%, ppl are always tired and workouts arent as good.

may be but when i am 12% bf my bis are mush more detailed.. i had a friend with a very good physique who while competing had every part detailed with good 6 pack abs but his bis were never detailed..

As stated my arms were pumped that was after a arm work out
on a good day I sometime have a split on the top of my left bicep
