Yes, in fact I take it while I diet but not for water loss, but to suppress my hunger cause I go crazy on no carbs, but while taking it when you wake up in the morning you are bone dry, in fact your morning piss is 3 min long.

If you take it and do not drink water you can easily lose 5-7lb in one day but it is not ideal for the day before the show, although it would work as a diuretic, you will not be able to carb load cause it will suppress hunger to much and we all know you need 1000 grams of carbs at least the Friday before the show, it would be to hard using this. I just take a lasix Friday morning, one at night and one sat morning, I have no problem with lasix flattening me out, but others might.

At the moment I'm 15.75" and bulking, in June after a month of getting back on trt + cycle I was at 16.5" but injury/fasting lost it. Last year biggest I was 17". Not that impressive to most but hey, goal is 18"-18.5" some day

I am 6'2 with long limbs so not as easy to get as thick as a 5'7 guy. Almost at the bottom of the list but oh well

6'2 is height munch-kin. 16" arms on a short guy are alot easier to achieve and appear bigger than 16" arms on a 6'2 guy, but the weight a 6'2 guy carries and achieving thickness is alot harder than some shorter 5'7 guy. None the less I prefer being taller than shorter

Ultimately a taller guy looks better than a shorter tank imo.
