I have no problem with sensible use of pot and steroids.
Im debating the title of the thread, "which one should will"  steroid use has offered far more to soceity than cannabis use.

All the entertainment we watch in sport over the last 40 years(recorD breaking) is from steroid use.ATHLETES KEEP GETTING BETTER
If people use to much pot they turn into statistics , if you overdo to many roids you "may" get some sides that go away once reduced..

Alcohol is much worse than pot for sure, so is tobacco. Steroids are probably the worst drug out there though. They turn you into murderers and make you beat your wives. Not to mention, there really isn't a good reason to take them, other than people like to avoid working hard.
