Elvis was the shit, nobody comes close to what he did for music and how he opened the door for the black mans music. Elvis put a face on it and main streamed the shit out of it and brought it to the table for everybody to hear it, sorry to break it to ya but without Elvis. The black mans music would have been a lot longer getting discovered.
By the way Elvis was the first to admit his musics origins, he was very respectful of that.

Elvis if he lived a thousand years would NEVER have been responsible for putting the music of Blacks on the map...The music of Blacks created Elvis...NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!!!! That no talent loser was a creation made by Blacks to satisfy the closeted racist whites who wished to sit in on the concerts of Blacks and listen to the music of Blacks, but would not DARE be seen doing it as it would make them appear to have a soft spot for the people, so a pale face had to be created to satisfy this desire. Just as today and a few years back there was the Back Street Boys, 98 degrees, and Out of Sync...(Ooops Nsync) Britney (no talent) Spears etc etc... whose music was written by FULL FORCE and other Black artists and producers, whose shows are choreographed by Black dancers and whose performances/shows are orchestrated by Blacks. Again done to satisfy the, in particular silly white girls, who would not dare sit in on a NEW EDITION concerts or BOYZ TO MEN, Janet Jackson etc and knew little of the JACKSON FIVE who Boyz to Men and New Edition emulated. Elvis' entire inspiration came from Black men like Little Richard, James Brown, Chuck Berry and the like...men and music which had LONG BEEN CREATED, PLAYED AND LISTENED TO. So again your statements of Elvis producing or creating or putting the music of Blacks on the map just shows not only utter IGNORANCE but the still present poor self esteem and image whites have of themselves when it comes to measuring up to Blacks....
