Protein sources: egg whites, fish, chicken - no whey shakes. Pointless when you have 5+ solid meals.
carb: potato's, oatmeal, brown rice
fat: oils & nuts
thats IT. I will see minimal muscle gain if any, but a significant reduction in bodyfat would be fine for me.
Will eat every 3 hours.
I also juice veg & fruits a few times a day to get in vitamins & minerals (which juicing is 100X better than eating whole)- in a 70-30 veg to fruit ratio.. to avoid excess natural sugars.

extreme diet - extreme results...
