At what age is it not cool for a guy to play computer games?

I am tempted to buy a games machine but am wondering if there is an age where it just ain't right to be blowing up locusts and mowing down cops.

I still occasionally play the arcade games I grew up with.  The Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator (MAME and MacMAME) allows you to recreate any of the old arcade games on your computer.  The ones I play most often are Robotron 2084, Defender, Crazy Climber, Joust, Dig Dug, and Donkey Kong Jr.  I have about 20 MAME ROMS installed but have more than 100 more on a disk some where.

I have no interest in X Box, PlayStation, or GameCube/Wii.

No more weirder  than mothers dressing like their daughters, and going to the clubs with them. No more weirder than parents being their kids "friends"....

In fact men in their 40's still play and buy games...It's the online gaming shit that is weird for grown men to play...Imagine some 40 yr old dude play World of Warcraft (or what eva it's called) against some 19 yr old dude in Korea.

The only people who may think "its weird or juvenile" would be married women and people who SUCK at video games.  If it was an original Atari or something maybe I could see a point but games have come a loooooooong way since then and most a catered to adults now.

I think it depends on how much time you spend...for example if you are a coked up 8th grade teacher playing WoW, as Method told me that who plays it, you might need some help.  If you just pop in Madden, or something to blow off some steam who cares....people need hobbies.
